Arte.BR Pioneers opens 2010’s season of on-line exhibitions at Sergio Motta Institute’s YouTube channel. Nina Gazire, our on-line editor curates a video selection about the different stages of the first brazilian artmedia production. Produced by Aline Minharro Gambin, this is a procedural show that will constantly presents new names and works. One of the highlights of this curatorship is the documentary fragment on Philadelpho Menezes, visual poet dead in 2000, and the experimental works using computer graphics by Anna Barros, artist known for using light as a matter of work.
